Essentials of IFS II

Next Course:
Wednesdays in 2025—
April 2 through June 25

This course will be conducted via Zoom.

  • Four training modules and nine fully supervised practice sessions from April 2 through June 25.

  • Modules (and possibly triads) are recorded for absences.

  • In order to create an intimate learning environment and provide more personal attention to each student, enrollment in this course will be limited.

  • We will provide a certificate of completion for up to 19.5 hours (depending on attendance), providing credits for NC social workers.

Tuition

$1200 if received before March 26.
$1325 after.

Elisa Cabal comes to IFS with over four decades of experience in meditation, meditation instruction and group facilitation. She is a Level 2 trained IFS Practitioner, as well as a certified Spanish Interpreter who conducts IFS sessions in Spanish with some clients. She is especially gifted at creating safe space, listening deeply and reflecting back content and meaning.
