Why Level II?

IFS is an art form.

Clinical confidence develops through continued practice, consultation, and reflection. Level II provides a structured environment to deepen Self Energy, refine clinical skills, and apply the model to increasingly complex client work.

Who This Course Is For

This course is designed for clinicians who have completed IFS Essentials Level I or an equivalent first-level IFS training and are ready to deepen their clinical practice through advanced consultation, experiential learning, and continued skill development.

Presence the polarity that we live in, so we can help clients navigate it with Self-leadership.

Ted Riskin, LCSW is a psychotherapist specializing in relationship issues and transpersonal therapy. He has certifications in Internal Family Systems (Level 3), Holotropic Breathwork, Core Energetics, hypnotherapy, Breath Therapy, and EMDR. He developed a GroupKAP program that is currently in its fifth year.

Elisa Cabal, L2-IFSI comes to IFS with over four decades of experience in meditation, meditation instruction and group facilitation. She is a Level 2 trained IFS Practitioner, as well as a certified Spanish Interpreter who conducts IFS sessions in Spanish with some clients. She is especially gifted at creating safe space, listening deeply and reflecting back content and meaning.

Kim Welch, LMHC (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts with over 16 years of clinical experience. She specializes in Expressive Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Level I trained and former Program Assistant), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and mindfulness. Refund Policy
Withdrawals received before September 9, 2026 are eligible for a refund less a $100 processing fee. After September 16, tuition is non-refundable, unless your space can be filled from the waitlist, in which case a refund will be issued less a $200 processing fee.
